Why do you want to spent $2000 for lawyer for AC21? If you have same or similar offer letter, why cant you type a simple covering letter for your AC21?Do it yourself. US certified post cost around $2.00. Hiring lawyer for AC21 is waste of money.

I have a question regarding visitors visa, my parents got multiple Entry 10 years visa in 2007, but have not visited me so far, but this december my Mom is visitng me and in Feb my father( as to avoid harsh winter weather in East Coast), they will leave back in May 2009.
My Question is will there be any issue as their visa was issued in 2007 but they are visiting now
Do I need to send any new documents( I have moved onto EAD )
Looking forward to hear suggestions.

I am not sure about e-filing. Personally, I think efiling is a hassle as you have to go for a biometric appointment while paper filing or efiling does not make a difference in terms of work/result/timeline. I would recommend paperfiling. No matter how modern the front end is, the back end is all paper based and you will leave the people working on your case with a comfortable medium that they are familiar with if you paperfile. :D

Prior to attending US University X (January 2001 to April 2004), where I got my bachelors degree from, I attended US University Y for a semester (August 2000 to December 2000). I have my I-20 from University X, but I don't have the I-20 form from University Y. Is that going to be a problem in the I-485 stage even though I attended University Y 7 years ago and only for one semester? If yes, can my University Y F1 visa on my passport and/or transcripts act as a substitute for the I-20 form?

If you are out of status you may have to go India to get Visa. Canada and Mexico may not give Visa You were out of status for couple of months. So it should not be an issue in getting Visa

Sorry for the delay in the answer. I have never heard of an import staying with your FLA file after being erased. It sounds like there is an error in Flash. I would recommend contacting our support - support@erain.com.
Here are some tips from my friend Rushvision on keeping file size low:
There are a number of different things you can do to decrease the file size of your exported SWF. Here are the some things for you to try.
Scale your objects down in the Scene Editor
Go to the Layout Page on the Properties Toolbar and decrease the scene size. You are working with vectors, so your images will scale back up very nicely once imported into Flash.
Some objects have settings that allow you to change the number of segments used to create it, such as the torus and the sphere. Decreasing the number of segments will reduce the amount of data that needs to be rendered.
Get rid of any unnecessary bevels. These add considerably to the total number of polygons that make up the objects in your scene.
In the Preview and Export Editor under the General Options, you can set the Detail Level to low.
Setting the slider farther over to Curves will usually result in a slightly smaller file size, but don't expect this one to work miracles.
Experiment with the different Fill Settings. There is no one setting that works best for every situation. Try combining outlines with some of the simpler fill settings to get the greatest amount of detail and the smallest file size. It will often be a compromise on some level.

I have never seen anyone asking for an I-94 card to get your wife added to your insurance.If you are an employee going through employers insurance then they have to add you and your family to the insurance coverage without any discrimination . That is as far as I know . Maybe I could be wrong but I am pretty sure about it. You can take her insurance without she being here . I recently changed my coverage this month for myself and my family and its start date was the same day I submitted the forms and not the 1st of next month or something like that.

RFE and NOID come with a color sheet of paper with your details and some USCIS internal codes for your case. You can respond by yourself and put the sheet on top - this is for the mailroom to handle your case

Also thanks for the nice words. They have a nice ring to them especially since I was expecting an RFE. You made my day with those words even if they dont turn true (those words are the closest I have ever come to a GC). Hope you are right. But I am not getting my hopes too high. :)

You will need to ask to be accorded the earlier priority date or if interfiling you will also initiate the process by asking that USCIS substitutes the previously submitted I-140 with a new approved one. The time to do that is when the PD on the newly approved 140 becomes current.
From your explanation, now that your old PD is current and the 140 for that is approved, you will have to ask that interfiling occur by sending a letter to USCIS with a copy of the new 140.
If you have done this, then the message you got could be that USCIS is ready to review your file by October. A congratulation may be in order here because I believe you will soon get your GC.

Good question, but the answer would be purely based on what is your future plan. If you want to continue to work in the software industry then there are only few cities in the list. If you want to do business (which is my personal choice) then the choice would be totally different.
Seems you are thinking a lot about your kids education (obviously), please remember, those days when only metro city students are in the top ten list of board exam results are gone, if you check the recent years results you will notice that students from small town/ rural schools are doing great.
If you don't want to give a sudden drastic change to your 6 year old then stay in the metro city for a year or two and then move to your home town if you want. OR if your intension is to work in the software industry then metros are the best choice and fyi the market is very hot now.
All I can say is you are thinking in the right direction, good luck.

I am from a small town in India and it is definately not a IT hub, my wife is from Mumbai and we think it is now too crowded (as always -:) or say to hectiv a life in Mumbai....
so then which is the best place to go ...Pune ? I hear that even that is very crowded and not to mention the sky rocketing real estate....
We have 2 kids...one 6 years and the younger one ...one year....
How is schooling back home ? I hear that the studies for the school there are much more difficult compared to here ? I mean can kids going from here cope up there in schools ?
I also hear that there are foreign schools....for which I might have to continue working here to pay the fees -;)
